Production Manager Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all roofing projects from inception to completion. Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of roofing professionals, including crew members and subcontractors. Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and maintains a high standard of workmanship. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of roofing installation and repair. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues promptly. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety among all team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Investigate and report safety incidents and implement corrective actions. Customer Service: Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and resolving any issues promptly. Materials and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of roofing materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed to support production. Production

Manager Qualifications: Construction management / Roofing experience is required Basic computer knowledge Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent Positive team-player attitude Strong leadership and team management skills.
