Accounting/Admin Clerk

Job duties include: Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy and proper codes Input and review vendor invoices and statements Input and review general ledger entries Manage monthly bank account reconciliations Basic data entry and data base management Perform shared office tasks including answering a multi-line phone system, responding to emails, processing mail, A/P filing, etc. Other projects, as assigned Candidates must possess: At least 2 years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Excellent communication and people skills Keen attention to detail ensuring accurate completion of given tasks Ability to work independently and as a team member Advanced knowledge in Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
