Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Neuro - NightsBayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Neuro Unit at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg. Position Summary: The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, delegates appropriate care activities, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care
  • Delegate appropriate patient care activities to support staff
  • Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLS certification
  • Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Shift: Shift 3(Nights)
Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AMWeekend Requirement: Every other weekend
