Key Responsibilities: Administer IBM Web Sphere tWAS & Liberty on Linux/UNIX, including server.xml, bootstrap.properties, and jvm.options. Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot middleware and applications. Support IBM MQ, IBM HTTP Server, Web Sphere Message Broker, Web Logic, and Cognos. Use Git and Ansible for source control, automation, configuration management, and application deployments. Support Jenkins/Cloud Bees, CI/CD, Dev Ops, and Configuration-as-Code environments. Troubleshoot Java/application issues, SQL/database issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis. Support large-scale enterprise environments and provide 24x 7 production support, including nights/weekends as required. Work independently, prioritize tasks, document solutions, and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Middleware Administration experience. Strong experience with Web Sphere tWAS & Liberty and Linux/UNIX.Experience with Git, Ansible, middleware upgrades, and production troubleshooting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 4 years relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience; OR equivalent education/experience in datacenter, cloud, or complex IT infrastructure engineering/operations.

Preferred: Jenkins/Cloud Bees, Dev Ops, Configuration-as-Code, IBM MQ, Web Logic, Cognos, and related middleware experience.
