What You'll DoLead the Production Team Supervise Production Associates across fabrication, finishing, shipping, and general production Assign daily tasks and adjust workflow to meet production goals Monitor productivity, quality, and safety throughout each shift Provide hands-on support to keep production running efficiently Support Quality & Production Ensure products are measured, cut, assembled, and finished according to specifications Review work orders and construction drawings for accuracy Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and finished product quality Coordinate Shipping & Workflow Oversee order staging, packaging, and shipment preparation Coordinate material movement throughout the facility Verify customer orders are complete and production-ready Assist with forklift operations when needed Develop Your TeamTrain new employees on equipment, safety procedures, and production processes Coach team members to improve performance and efficiency Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment
