As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting the assembly, inspection, and packaging of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Indianola, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour - 1st Shift$18.00/hour - 2nd Shift
Available Shifts:1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:20 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:20 PMWhat's the Job? Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose health care challenges when contrast is used for CT scans Package products carefully to maintain high quality standards Inspect and validate manufacturing quality, including performing rework when needed Capture data related to product quality and traceability, and complete associated paperwork Maintain a clean & safe work environment while collaborating with the shift team and supporting cross-training What's Needed? High School Diploma/GED preferred 1 year of work experience Entry level math skills (adding/subtracting) and basic reading skills Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced changing situations, and demonstrated teamwork Preferences (Experience, Skills):3-6 months assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in medical device manufacturing Proficient knowledge of computer applications What's in it for me?
