Patent Attorney Electrical Arts

Duties: Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications. Review intellectual property and technology-related agreements and licenses. Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts. Excellent research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently. U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration. Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Education Juris Doctor, higher degree, or equivalent in Law. Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Certifications: U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration. Skills Independent thinker with excellent academic credentials.
