Remote-First Manufacturing Engineer for Hardware Builds & Lab Ops

KoBold Metals is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to transform prototype hardware into reliable, documented production-ready systems. You will own the build environment, supplier relationships, quality checks, and documentation control, ensuring repeatable processes and safe operations across the lab and shop floor. In this role you will collaborate with design teams to mature technology, manage multiple builds, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining inventory and field readiness for
