Senior Recruiter - Full-Cycle Talent Leader (Hybrid)

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across markets. You will manage candidate communications, prescreening, interviews, and offers, while maintaining ATS records and ensuring compliance. Some travel may be required to support projects and staffing initiatives.
