Veterans Outreach Coordinator for Housing & Support

The Primavera Foundation is seeking an Outreach Specialist to connect veterans and families to housing and supportive services in Tucson as part of the PAV (Project Action for Veterans) program. You'll coordinate outreach, intake, and referrals, working with the VA and community partners to prevent homelessness and secure resources. Ideal candidates have a degree in social services, outreach experience, strong communication, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.
