The full-time Insurance Compliance Specialist will manage the licensing lifecycle, including facilitating pre-licensing education, submitting applications and renewals, and ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities: Facilitate pre-license education and exams while managing the submission of license applications and renewals Monitor and maintain accurate licensing data, including agency affiliations and continuing education requirements Conduct internal audits of licensing records and serve as a point of contact for licensing inquiries from colleagues and regulators

Required qualifications: Florida Licensed Insurance Specialist Experience with state insurance regulations and licensing processes Proficiency in managing licensing data and compliance audits Ability to facilitate pre-licensing education and monitor continuing education requirements Strong organizational skills for managing multiple licensing tasks across jurisdictions
