Global HRIS Director: Systems, Data & AI

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Director of HR Information Systems to own our people systems end-to-end, bringing strategic leadership and technical depth to a growing, global SaaS business. You will shape the HRIS roadmap, govern a complex tech stack, and build a high-performing team. You will partner with IT, Payroll, Finance, and Talent teams to ensure data integrity, scalable integrations, and AI-enabled processes that drive business outcomes across regions.
