You will identify growth opportunities, translate customer needs into market strategies, and drive account plans for Richards, Colesco, and Equilibar. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Leadership to build demand, engage strategic accounts, and enable profitable growth across nuclear, renewable energy, hydrogen, and
