Director of Efficacy, Endocrine/IM — Remote

Dechra, a global veterinary pharmaceutical leader, seeks a Director of Efficacy in Endocrine/Internal Medicine. You will lead efficacy science across small- and large-molecule programs, guiding study design, endpoints, and regulatory alignment from concept to registration and lifecycle management. You will manage a team of senior scientists, collaborate with GMTE and external partners, and drive strategic, scientifically robust decisions across functions. Remote US-based option available.
