Senior Director, City Talent & Public Service Pathways

Harvard Kennedy School’s Bloomberg Center for Cities is seeking a Senior Director to connect Harvard students with cities and opportunities in city government. You will translate mayoral priorities into student-ready projects, internships, and fellowships, while expanding engagement across Harvard and beyond. The role leads high-profile fellowship programs, builds lasting partnerships, and grows a team to advance public service impact in cities worldwide.
