Offices of OptometristsOffices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists)Ophthalmic Goods Merchant WholesalersThe Advanced Technology Specialist (ATS) will work with Territory Managers ( IOL sales Team) as a clinical liaison under the direction of an assigned Regional Business Director to drive premium lens sales.
Purpose of the Role:
Drive and achieve the sales target for the premium IOL portfolio in the US including our newest launches, Ray One EMV Toric and Galaxy Upskill and support Territory Managers in their commercial effectiveness Educate and support accounts, surgeons, and KOLs directly Lead the premium sector through extensive knowledge of Rayner and competitor premium IOL technology Support and drive clinical expertise across the private sector groups in line with US strategy Keep updated with market developments, providing regular training to the direct and distributor sales teams Work closely with Marketing and Eye Sciences to increase podium presence, deliver high quality medical education, webinars, case studies and articles Work closely with the AVP Sales, Marketing team, training, and distributors Plan, coordinate and implement clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of Rayner product range and technology Competencies Clinical and technical knowledge Strategic selling skills Relationship building Adaptability and resilience Persuasion & communication Business & financial acumen Compliance & ethics Qualifications/ Training/ Experience Essential: 3+ years' experience selling intraocular lenses Understanding of the premium IOL market in the US Understanding of biometry, lens calculations, and patient selection Experience selling into private healthcare environments Experience managing a KOL/ophthalmic surgeon network Desirable: Educated to Degree level What you can expect from us: Comprehensive benefits package Global appreciation platform to recognise colleagues around the globe Fantastic opportunity to work with highly talents teams and individuals and grow with the business Exciting variety of engagement events like yoga, seat chair massages, Summerfest, quarterly Love to Learn events Being part of an organisation you can be proud to work for changing the lives of millions of people!
