Youth Sports Mentorship Sales Executive

Athlete to Athlete is seeking an Account Executive to close deals with families on calls and move athletes into mentoring programs. You'll own the bottom of the funnel from booked calls to final enrollment, guiding parents and players toward the right program with empathy and clarity. This is an on-site role based in Santa Monica, CA, with uncapped commission and a clear path to advancement. You'll thrive on a fast‐growing, human‐first sports tech team, with targets, CRM discipline, and
