Strategy, the Tysons, VA-based corporate team, seeks a Corporate Counsel to advise across capital markets, financing, governance, tax, and securities compliance. The role emphasizes Bitcoin treasury strategy and navigating evolving regulatory landscapes. The successful candidate will support mergers and other corporate transactions, maintain governance practices, and coordinate with finance, treasury, and tax. Onsite four days per week at HQ.
