Senior Creator Growth Lead — TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Performance Commerce

Royal Therapy is an established U.S. sleep and bedding brand. We are now building our next major growth engine: a creator-led commerce system designed to turn creators into a scalable customer-acquisition and creative-performance channel. This is a full-time, long-term leadership role. The first 90 days will be focused on building and validating Royal Therapy’s creator-led growth engine against clearly defined performance milestones. This is not a traditional influencer marketing or brand-awareness role. We are looking for a hands-on operator who has actually built creator/affiliate programs that produced measurable GMV, customer acquisition, and repeatable winning content. Your mission for the first 90 days: prove which creator segments, offers and creative formats can become a scalable and profitable customer-acquisition engine for Royal Therapy. What you will own Creator acquisition strategy across Tik Tok Shop and other relevant platforms Affiliate commission and incentive structure Creator sourcing and qualification Managing two Creator Acquisition Specialists Product seeding and sample-to-post conversion Creator onboarding and activation Building a core group of repeat-performing creators Identifying winning creators, hooks, offers and content Working with paid media to amplify winning creator content Tik Tok Shop creator/affiliate performanceDTC creator attribution where appropriate Weekly performance reportingCAC, GMV and contribution economicsSCALE / MODIFY / KILL recommendations What we are specifically looking for You should have direct experience with several of the following: Tik Tok Shop Creator affiliate programs High-volume creator recruitment Product seeding Creator GMV ownership Spark Ads / Partnership Ads / paid amplificationDTC / Shopify Physical consumer products Performance creative Building creator communities or ambassador programs We care much more about what you personally built and measured than company names or follower counts.
