Front Desk Agent

Job Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Snowmass Village, CO

Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required

Start Date: ASAPAccepting applications until: 9/30/2026

What You'll Do: Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and concierge support. Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication for a seamless stay. Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, conduct property inspections several times a day. Sort and deliver packages, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area. Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed. Assist with package/luggage delivery with packages up to 100lbs.

About You: Guest Services experience not required but recommended. Ability to display good hospitality skills and sets a positive example for guest relations. Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft word, teams, excel. Focus on what truly predicts success
