Distribution Sales Team Member As a Distribution Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in representing CORE clients and their products. Your primary goal is to sell these products to both new and existing customers, targeting operators within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring targets are met. Additionally, you will manage the entire sales process using CRM tools, fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include: Selling CORE client products to operators in the assigned territory, focusing on new and existing customers. Developing and maintaining a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned. Making a minimum of 8 sales calls per week. Presenting a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call. Assisting in creating and implementing sales plans, ensuring they align with client targets. Utilizing CRM to manage and track sales activities, providing regular updates to the team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to the team. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and client satisfaction. Generating sales reports and providing insights to the management team for strategy refinement. Attending industry events and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness. Upholding the company's values and maintaining a positive, ethical sales approach.
Qualifications include: A proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on problem-solving. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to market changes. Basic understanding of sales strategies and tactics. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
