Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities: Take a leading role in the execution and management of live transactions across the full suite of investment banking products Support senior bankers in the origination and development of new client mandates Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout engagements Lead and manage junior team members across live projects, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development Work closely with senior advisors on strategic and sector-specific initiatives Requirements 3+ years of investment banking experience, ideally gained within a Tier 1 investment bank or leading advisory platform Proven M&A execution experience with exposure to complex transactions Strong sector expertise across digital infrastructure, including areas such as data centers, fiber, towers, connectivity and related infrastructure Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA from a leading institution Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a lean, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating across a global platform Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key workstreams If you are looking to accelerate your career within a specialist advisory platform with significant senior-level exposure and a strong digital infrastructure franchise, please apply for a confidential discussion.
