Hospice Chaplain: Spiritual Care & Family Support

Angels Care Hospice in McCook, NE, seeks a Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual care to patients, families, and caregivers, directly or through coordination with community chaplains. You will conduct spiritual assessments, contribute to individualized care plans, attend care conferences with the interdisciplinary team, recruit and support volunteers, lead memorial services, and offer education and consultation on spiritual care to staff.
