Corporate Counsel - Contracts

Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including customer and vendor contracts Serve as the primary legal contact for NDAs/MNDAs, managing matters from intake to signature Provide day-to-day legal support on corporate governance, employment questions, and vendor disputes

Required qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3-7 years of relevant legal experience with substantial work on commercial agreements Demonstrated experience negotiating substantive private-party terms Strong contract drafting and analytical skills Ability to manage a high volume of agreements and competing priorities
