Accounting Manager - Family Office

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 1 day onsite)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on accounting as selected responsibilities transition from external providers to the family office. Help establish financial controls, accounting procedures, budgeting and cash-flow reporting. Coordinate treasury and bill-payment activities. Support tax compliance. Maintain accounting and supporting records for trusts, partnerships, foundations. Help evaluate, implement and customize an accounting system. Document repeatable processes and ensure records are complete, accurate and accessible.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification preferred.5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a family office or public accounting firm.
