Overview: In this role you will deliver a seamless service experience for Lucid customers, guiding them from initial contact to vehicle handover and ensuring quality in repairs. You'll collaborate with technicians, document concerns, and clearly communicate options, costs, and timelines. You'll track vehicles through maintenance, enforce Lucid's quality standards, and support a smooth, transparent service process. This is a role that blends customer service with rigorous process and documentation in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and manage the service experience from start to finish
  • Consult with technicians and document client concerns for diagnosis and repair
  • Explain service options, estimates, and timelines to clients
  • Track client vehicles through maintenance and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Inspect vehicles, document damage or wear, and manage PDI/ BOL documentation
  • Coordinate loaner vehicles and Lyft rides as needed
  • Maintain CSI KPI by delivering high-quality service
  • Review and revise work orders with accurate labor documentation
  • Address warranty claim rejections promptly to maintain efficiency
  • Obtain client signatures via DocuSign and collect payment for repairs
  • Explain invoices to customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Provide front-desk support including answering calls and directing inquiries
  • Serve as final QC step to confirm work meets Lucid standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements:
  • 2-5 years of automotive service advisor or front-of-house experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities
  • Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers with varying knowledge levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software
  • Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours
  • Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training after hire
  • Valid driver's license with clean record; age-based requirements for under-21 applicantscompassionate and patient demeanorstrong interpersonal skillsproblem-solving mindset
  • Microsoft Office proficiencyfamiliarity with DMS software (proprietary)
  • Knowledge of HV/LV systems and EV powertrains (preferred)
