Investigator I Collaborative Workplace Investigations

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is seeking an Investigator in the Employee Relations Section to conduct sensitive personnel investigations and related duties. Under supervision, you will handle complaints, grievances, and policy violations with discretion, applying relevant labor and employment laws and policies. You will develop investigation plans, interview witnesses, gather evidence, and present findings to Human Resources and management, including testimony when necessary.
