Mixer Helper

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Keep the ingredients properly stored and staged Mix the various ingredients into a mixer Maintain a clean and sanitary area Movement of mix to the depositing area Read and follow specifications to prepare mix Track and record the amount of ingredients and lot numbers on the production log Operate computerized panel for mixer Use analytical equipment (thermometer, scale, liquid meter) to check ingredients Basic math skills Adherent to GMP policy Maintain personal cleanliness Follow proper safety practices Waste food rotation (clean-up and removal) Work weekends or overtime if needed Commit to a continuous improvement work team environment Other duties and/or project assigned Physical Demands: Be able to lift ingredient packages on a regular basis that weigh up to 50 lbs Push and guide bins Able to work on feet for the entire shift Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
