Senior Tax Associate

Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S-corporations, and individuals, with an emphasis on pass-through entities (1065s and K-1s)Produce review-ready work and manage engagements independently from start to finish Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, identify issues, and recommend solutions Prepare partner allocations, tax projections, and planning analyses Research tax issues and document conclusions clearly Supervise, review, and mentor staff as the Las Vegas team grows (Manager level)Work with firm leadership to support the office's growth in the Las Vegas market

Qualifications: Three to five years of public accounting tax experience. Strong partnership and pass-through background, including hands-on experience preparing allocations and K-1sActive CPA license required at the Manager level and preferred at the Senior level Experience at a recognized regional or national CPA firm Must live in the Las Vegas area and be available to work in the office two days a week Strong communication skills and an ownership mentality
