Social Media Manager

THE ROLE: Social media is how NoGigiddy speaks to the world — and we need someone who knows how to make the world listen. As our Social Media Manager, you'll own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, building a community of people who are done with the 9-to-5 grind and ready to earn on their own terms. No degree required — just a real feel for what performs and the discipline to post consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platformsCreate, schedule, and publish content daily — including captions, graphics, and short-form videoEngage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voiceMonitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordinglyCollaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launchesTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and report weeklyIdentify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunitiesREQUIREMENTSNo degree requiredProven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) Strong copywriting instincts — you write captions people actually readFamiliarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar) Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similarData-aware — you look at what's working and double downReliable and consistent — social media doesn't take days offBENEFITSHourly pay of $18–$27/hrFully remoteCreative freedom to test and build the brand voiceGrowth path into head of social or brand strategyAccess to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity networkEqual Opportunity Employer.
