Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the financial services industry, bringing a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to the business. For our team, we offer a 401(k), reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and able to take ownership of their role - someone who thrives in a low-pressure environment while still producing strong results.

Role Description: Join our State Farm Agents office as a customer-focused professional who enjoys both sales and service. This is a sales-driven role with the added benefit of working with clients we assign you to service, so you’ll build relationships and deliver coverage guidance every day.

What You’ll Do: Follow up with leads and contact prospective customers to support new business growth Service existing clients assigned by the office (policy reviews, questions, and updates) Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products Provide timely, accurate information and maintain organized client records Work with the team to meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications: Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required Ability to obtain/maintain required licensing Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
