What You Will Do: Lead employer-side healthcare regulatory and compliance legal strategies for a diverse client portfolio. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality advisory services. Demonstrate command of federal and state healthcare regulations, providing strategic guidance to clients. Drive practice growth through business development initiatives and client engagement. Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Mentor junior attorneys and associates, fostering a culture of learning and development. Utilize modern legal technologies and AI tools to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate: Background 10+ years of experience practicing healthcare regulatory and compliance law, with a strong employer-side focus. A portable book of business valued at approximately $1M, with realistic transferability to the firm. Proven expertise in federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated ability to articulate the commercial impact of legal work, including risk reduction and growth facilitation. JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility for Colorado admission.

Preferred: Established market presence through speaking engagements, writing, or industry involvement. Experience with innovative legal technologies and a willingness to embrace new methodologies in legal practice. The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $350K, reflecting the seniority and expertise required.
