Philanthropy Director: Lead Major Gifts & Donor Strategy

Kids Cancer Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Philanthropy to lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and manage a growing budget around $2.5M to $3M. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will supervise a small team and partner with the board and volunteers to expand annual giving, major gifts, grants, and events. The position requires 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, strong donor stewardship, and proven ability to close gifts.
