This executive will be the primary day-to-day counterpart to the partner company's executive leadership, responsible for the health, performance, and long-term trajectory of the joint venture relationship. The role involves serving as the senior point of contact, building trusted relationships, and representing the company at the partner's executive table. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in senior-level relationship management. Strong executive presence, commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing a deep understanding of the partner's business, establishing a disciplined executive engagement cadence, and being solely accountable for the preparation and delivery of JV board meetings. The role also requires tracking JV commitments, maintaining alignment with strategic priorities, and identifying expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Chief Partnership Officer, capable of operating with significant autonomy, and will be expected to identify and mitigate risks to the partnership. A background in broadband, real estate development, or related industries is preferred, along with experience in JV governance and performance management.
