Senior Analyst, Capital Markets Overview:
  • The Senior Analyst, Capital Markets will support strategic financial initiatives for a leading renewable energy organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management and finance leaders to execute project and acquisition financings.
  • Contribute to the development of financing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including banks, lenders, and legal advisors, to ensure successful financial closings.

  • Senior Analyst, Capital Markets Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Execute debt and tax equity financings, managing models and coordinating deliverables.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to align financing with project timelines.
  • Develop and present financing strategies to senior management.
  • Enhance financial management processes within the organization.
  • Interface with external service providers, including investors and legal advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and flexible team culture promoting collaboration.
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at achieving long-term organizational goals.
Senior Analyst, Capital Markets Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project finance or investment banking. Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity structures. Recognized professional designation (CFA, CPA) is preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations. Experience in renewable energy finance is advantageous.
