Key Responsibilities:
Assist with semimonthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions
Administer timekeeping procedures and review employee timecards for compliance and accuracy
Ensure payroll tax compliance by reviewing filings and monitoring changes in tax laws
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of payroll experience, including in a multi-state payroll environment
Hands-on experience with ADP and Deltek Costpoint or similar payroll systems
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
Experience with payroll reconciliations and internal controls
