LPN IV Certified Clinic - Neurosurgery

Job Description: The Clinic LPN works under the supervision of leadership. Clinic LPN administers quality patient care according to established standards. Clinic LPN may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients.

Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State Licensure - State Licensure/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location - Required Upon HireIV Certification - IV certified upon hire. - Required Upon HireBasic Life Support (BLS) - Required within 90 DaysDriver's License - Valid In State - If operating a motor vehicle for business purposes. - Required Upon HireTravel Requirements Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required
