About Filterful: Filterful is an air-filtration distributor with over three decades of serving commercial, industrial, and residential facilities across the Southeast. We are scaling from a single East Tennessee base into a two-market network, and our Nashville distribution center is central to that growth. We pair lab-certified products with dependable fulfillment and our "Purely Better" service commitment. Why this role This is the person who runs the day-to-day at our Nashville DC. It is a hands-on, mid-level generalist role, not a management seat and not a single-station picker. You will own the daily flow end to end, working primarily in NetSuite, and keep the floor and the system moving in sync so orders go out clean and on time without someone standing over the operation. On a small team, this seat carries real ownership and visible impact.

What you will do:

Fulfill orders in NetSuite: print pick tickets, pick and pack accurately, and set up outbound shipments.
Receive and put away: verify inbound product against purchase orders, put away accurately, and keep locations clean.
Ship: stage carrier hand-offs, generate shipping documentation, and confirm shipments in the system.
Inventory: run cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and keep on-hand quantities accurate.
Records and reporting: support invoicing, keep order and inventory records current, and produce basic daily and weekly reports.
Own the floor: flex across the full range of daily warehouse tasks and keep things moving when priorities shift.

Required 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience, including shipping and receiving.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, staying accurate and organized under volume and time pressure.
Comfortable working in an ERP or warehouse system every day.
Strong attention to detail: catches small discrepancies in inventory and order data before they become problems.
Able to perform the physical requirements of warehouse work: standing and moving throughout the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, organized, and able to own a task list without close supervision.
Authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 on hire).Preferred
NetSuite experience (or another ERP such as Acumatica).Cycle-counting or inventory-control experience.
Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
Pick tickets printed and orders staged the day they are released; shipments set up same-day.
Receiving kept current, with put-away and location accuracy holding up.
Cycle counts running on a regular cadence and on-hand accuracy trending up.
The daily operation runs without leadership on the floor.

Compensation and benefits: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience. Hourly, non-exempt. Paid time off and paid holidays. SIMPLE IRA with Company match after 90 days. Company-provided equipment and a clear, defined role with room to grow as we scale Nashville.

Physical demands and work environment: Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and move product throughout the shift. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; team-lift and material-handling equipment are used for heavier items. Able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Climb ladders and work at heights to pick and stock product. Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, with seasonal heat and cold. Operate standard material-handling equipment.
