Customer Service & Solutions Advisor Tucson, AZ | Full-Time | $17.50/hour | Paid Training Pay includes $17.00 base and $0.50 on-site differential + monthly bonus This role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location. Help customers solve problems that need a human touch. We're hiring Customer Service & Solutions Advisors to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider. Customers may use automated or AI-assisted support before reaching you, so you'll focus on conversations that require problem-solving, empathy, judgment, and personalized solutions .
What You'll Do:
  • Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
  • Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
  • Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
  • Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs
  • Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers
  • Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns
  • Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns
  • Work toward established customer experience and performance goals
