Pest Route Manager

Requirements: General pest control knowledge 2 years of pest control experience preferred Excellent customer service Must have a team-first mindset Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to obtain and maintain 7D, 7E, 3A, 3B state-issued pesticide applicator licenses Willingness to learn new skills and work outside of your current department to help the company achieve its goals

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round Safety-Sensitive Position: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
