To support field operations in real estate transactions, the full-time Quality Review Specialist will ensure the accuracy of data in client files, review quality reports for trends and issues, and assist in implementing quality processes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Conduct quality reviews of data in client files and company production systems to ensure accuracy Analyze quality reports to identify trends and recommend changes for improvement Assist in implementing quality processes to enhance operational standards
Required qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 0-2 years of related work experience Familiarity with quality assurance processes in a production environment Ability to follow defined procedures and solve straightforward problems Basic communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
