The schedule offers flexibility, allowing for 1-2 days per week or one week per month, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. This essential role involves the evaluation of surgical resections, performance of intra-operative consultations, and comprehensive review of outside cases for patients receiving treatment at our client's facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Evaluate surgical resections and perform intra-operative consultations on specimens from various surgical settings including the main operating rooms, pavilion, ambulatory care center, and regional medical center. Review outside tissue specimens for patients coming for treatment at our client's Health Sciences Center, including the Cancer Center, who have had prior surgery elsewhere. Manage surgical cases including GYN, GI, GU, Lung, kidney, prostate, and bladder.
