Part-Time BCBA - Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)

Position Overview: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Kansas City: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the Kansas City metro. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. With manageable caseloads and genuine clinical support, this is an opportunity to do the work well rather than just do a lot of it.A Schedule That Actually Flexes Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget. What You'll DoAssessment and Plan Development: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in current evidence. Supervision: Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and training to behavior technicians and support staff. Family Partnership: Deliver parent training and keep families genuinely involved in their child's progress. Data and Outcomes: Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so that interventions stay effective.

Qualifications: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Kansas City: Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with families, technicians, and school or community partners in person. Reliable transportation for travel to client locations across the Kansas City metro.

Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour, depending on experience.
