Production Support Specialist POOL

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Release orders in Agility Perform Macola Basic-Inventory/Production Order/Order Entry Assist other personnel if an overload exists or a customer requests additional work be completed Learn and utilize multiple software programs Work as a team player Professional customer service and phone skills Process various reports Troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues Stay on task and focused Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and able to cover as needed (shifts or projects)Work overtime as required Able to sit/stand 8-10 hours and lift 25-50lbs as needed Must be able to bench/reach frequently as needed Ability to read and comprehend instructions Must have excellent computer skills and accuracy Adaptability to different personalities Respond timely to emails Maintain good attendance and punctuality Maintain filing and paperwork as required Follow all safety requirements Maintain positive relationships between departments No prior disciplinary action in the last 12 months Must have 6 or less attendance points
