Posted: 2026-10-26 The Senior Process Specialist applies engineering techniques to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality. This hands-on role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve reliability, and enhance workplace safety.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or a related technical field. Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and continuous improvement principles. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Strong communication and technical reporting skills. Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement process modifications to improve product quality, reduce costs, increase reliability, and enhance safety. Apply engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and assist with corrective actions. Recommend manufacturing equipment and processes that promote efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability. Prepare reports documenting process improvements, findings, and results. Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Lead complex process improvement initiatives with a high degree of independence. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide leadership on operational challenges. Perform additional duties as assigned.
