DAO Treasury Manager

Role Description: We are hiring a Crypto Operations Specialist to support operational workflows, market research, process improvement, reporting, and execution across cryptocurrency and Web 3 business environments. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in the USA focused on crypto operations, digital asset workflows, Web 3 process optimization, business intelligence, and operational strategy. The Crypto Operations Specialist will help monitor crypto-related activity, maintain operational trackers, support reporting, coordinate process improvements, and prepare insights across digital assets, blockchain platforms, crypto markets, Web 3 tools, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web 3 operations, data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and digital asset ecosystems.

Responsibilities: • Support crypto operations workflows, process tracking, reporting tasks, data collection, and business operations initiatives• Monitor cryptocurrency markets, digital asset activity, operational metrics, workflow performance, market trends, and Web 3 ecosystem developments• Prepare operational reports, market summaries, process updates, performance dashboards, research notes, and business intelligence materials• Maintain organized trackers for crypto activity, operational projects, process improvements, workflow status, market data, and strategic initiatives• Support analysis of operational efficiency, business performance, digital asset workflows, stakeholder needs, and process improvement opportunities• Collaborate with team members on consulting projects, operations optimization, crypto research, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations• Track developments across crypto platforms, blockchain networks, Web 3 tools, digital asset services, fintech products, and market intelligence sources• Help identify operational gaps, reporting improvements, workflow risks, and opportunities to improve execution across crypto and Web 3 projects Qualifications• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web 3 operations, digital assets, blockchain technology, business operations, and process optimization• Familiarity with crypto markets, operational workflows, data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, blockchain platforms, or digital asset ecosystems• Understanding of workflow management, operational efficiency, market data, performance metrics, process improvement, and Web 3 business models• Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM tools, project management tools, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills• Ability to explain operational updates, crypto trends, process issues, and business insights clearly• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple operational and research priorities• Previous experience in operations, consulting, data analysis, crypto research, fintech, business strategy, project coordination, or Web 3 projects is helpful Benefits• Remote work environment• Exposure to crypto operations, Web 3 consulting, digital asset markets, operations optimization, business intelligence, and data-driven strategy• Opportunity to build experience across operational reporting, process improvement, crypto research, and strategic planning• Consulting-focused, analytical, collaborative, and performance-driven environment• Opportunities for professional development and growth Compensation

Salary range: $105,000 - $115,000 USD per year depending on experience
