Schedule:
5 days onsite
S alary:$60,000–$80,000 DOE + overtime and bonus
Target Profile: Junior-level Legal Secretary / Legal Support Professional
Workweek:
35 hours

- Legal secretarial or comparable professional services experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with probate forms, estate tax filings, or fiduciary income tax matters is highly desirable
- Westlaw or LexisNexis familiarity is a plus The Legal Secretary will support multiple fiduciary professionals and assist with correspondence, client files, probate and estate tax filings, estate tax binders, new matter creation, and other administrative responsibilities. xsgimln This opportunity could be particularly attractive for someone earlier in their legal support career who wants exposure to sophisticated trusts & estates work and the opportunity to continue developing within an established law firm.
