PRODUCTION MANAGER

Duties: Responsible for all jobs being produced in a quality manner, while conserving materials. Must be able to meet deadlines and print due dates. Supervise production staff's schedules, rules and procedures. Enforce procedures. Cross training staff. Organize workflow for maximum efficiency. Maximize production. Oversee and participate in quality packaging. Order materials through Operations Manager and shop supplies maintain current stock and inventory count. Notify management of any production and equipment problems that may need further attention. Oversee Quality Control program in conjunction with team including color management. Make sure all jobs are produced with no errors or issues. Oversee maintenance and shop improvements. Log all maintenance issues on each equipment. Schedule all necessary equipment service calls. Give notice to management when temporary help is needed i.e.: fulfillment, finished etc. Schedule overtime, night or weekend labor to keep shop ahead of production schedule. Practice and create new and faster production idea policy and procedures. Work with all software files. Estimate production time on jobs and shipping for sales. Keep production area organized and overall detail cleaning weekly. Assist with production in all areas as needed. Supervisor employees for not meeting proper rules, and punctuality guidelines. Set example to all other employees. Maintain a positive attitude and approach towards all aspects on the position.

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
