Real Estate Title Litigation Associate

Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate Litigation practice with a focus on title litigation and curative matters. The Associate will represent lienholders and property owners in title and lien disputes, prepare pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements, manage a litigation caseload, attend hearings, and advise insurers on title coverage issues.
