Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities:Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship. Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership. Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. Conduct site evaluations and ensure compliance with building codes. Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion. Qualifications:Strong technical skills across all construction trades. Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams. Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents. Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
